Empowering Black Males in College

Helping to improve college outcomes and education benefits.

About the event

The Pacific Northwest Black Male Academic Achievement Conference (BMAAC) seeks to improve outcomes for Black Males in Higher Education through networking, development, shared resources and strategies. The BMAAC is about strengthening and building communities of Black Males pursuing Higher Education and those who serve them at the many colleges and universities across the NW region. Come prepared to be:

  • Inspired by our Dynamic Keynote Speakers
  • Educated by workshop presenters
  • Empowered by being connected to a community striving for the same common goal-Success for Black Males
  • We chose the word Black because we are speaking to all Black Men not only those who identify as African American but also Afro-Latinos, Africans, Caribbean decent, etc. Though we are focused on Black Men, this conference is inclusive and all are welcomed.
